Health insurance companies usually require a referral from a general medical practitioner, or a consultant if patients wish to claim reimbursement of fees. If you wish to inform your medical advisors of my treatments please ask me for an advice leaflet for patients, because many doctors and consultants are not aware of modern osteopathic training and techniques. Osteopaths do not all work in the same way and we continually endeavour to improve our methods of working. |
